Shipping

We ship all orders worldwide through air parcel post from Taiwan’s post office. Normally, all orders are shipped in 2 working days (Monday to Friday) and received in 1~2 weeks for most countries.

To encourage an economic shopping, we offer free shipping for an order over US$60.00, and free shipping is applied to all products at our online shop. For orders less than US$60, please refer to below table for estimates of shipping cost. The shipping rates are the same worldwide.

   Note: Above weight is the sum of the gross weight for each item in your order.

Although most countries will not impose customs duties for postal parcels, TC Formosa Tea will collect for shipping charges to the destination country ONLY. The possible customs duties are not available until the shipment arrives in the destination country. With this in mind, you may have to pay for the customs duties if any. These fees will be sent C.O.D. Your shipment can not be released from your country's customs agents until these fees are paid.

▽ Returns

Since your satisfaction is a priority, we’ll be pleased to exchange damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped items. Additional shipping charge will be paid by TC Formosa Tea. In that case, please contact us within 30 days after receipt of your order for instructions on how to return it. The defective products will be replaced with the same product, if available, or a substitution may be offered with similar products of equivalent value.

We may decline returns of defective products if the defects are caused by negligence, misuse, accident, any alteration or repair made after the point of sale or use of the merchandise outside of environmental or technical specifications.

All returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase from our online shop. Please insure your shipment and well keep the receipt as we cannot be responsible for merchandise lost or damaged during return. Returns made without prior notification to us may be declined and returned at the customer's expense.

Once your order is shipped, we are unable to accept any change or cancellation to your order except for damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped merchandise. Besides, once your order is shipped, possessive rights of the products belong to the purchaser. If the parcel does not reach its destination because the purchaser incorrectly entered the delivery address, we don't accept responsibility. Therefore, please enter the delivery address carefully and correctly.
